I absolutely love gingerbreading, it was made sooooooo many different ways, next time your out and about take a look around at some of those grand old homes!

Love the design in the shingles
I have never seen anyone do anything like this before with their shingles. On a Sunday drive I happened upon this cute little place a snapped a quick picture. I may go back in the winter, what a lovely Christmas card this would make!Beautiful old theater doors!
WOW!!! The old theater has been closed for some time and the building sits vacant. I would love to own these doors. Reminds me of the art deco time period!!!

red and gold delight
These are beauties......it looks like someone came along with a paint brush and splattered red paint all over them, must have been "Old Mother Nature".window to the past
Love this...... where I live, quite often you can come across old buildings like this, as years go by things are changing, people who move here like to see the landscape cleaned up and these old pieces of history torn down, I guess, like me, you have to love history to apprieciate these old relics!!! I often wonder who lived here, what was their life like back then, the hardships, the good times, the good quiet lives they lived, so unlike today!down memory lane
I don't know what it is about old buildings but they draw me in everytime. All these oldies probably have a few good stories to tell, if you listen long enough sometimes you can hear them!
"antique" barn
There is no way you can drive past THIS barn without stopping. All summer they sell antiques inside and out. Don't you just love old barns full of "good junk"
four comfy chairs
These four comfy chairs sit in my back yard all summer long and if we are fortunate enough to have a lovely Fall I will leave them out to be enjoyed just a little bit longer!
